FaMed becomes Infomedics
If you have been to us for treatment, you are used to receiving the bill via FaMed. However, FaMed has merged with Infomedics. Our invoices are therefore sent by Infomedics on 1 November 2019.
Scheduled appointments are a valid agreement. The email reminder we send is only an extra service from which you can not derive any rights.
Agreements not canceled 2 working days prior to treatment will be charged.
Urgent / Pain complaints
If you have severe pain complaints outside of our practice hours, you can contact the Mondzorgpoli. You will receive a bill for any treatment at the Mondzorgpoli. You can submit this bill to your health insurance policy.
